Our History

Lender’s Foreclosure Services was founded by a group of title and real estate executives in 1991, just when real estate market slipped into a deep correction. Our core business since day one has been processing non-judicial foreclosures for institutional and private lenders. We have represented banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers, and private lenders in tens of thousands of foreclosure cases. Over time, we have expanded our service scope to encompass solutions to various issues before, during and after non-judicial foreclosures.
